</strong>Responsible for implementing the organization’s compensation programs following established standards and policies so these programs are administered effectively and in accordance with the organization’s compensation strategy.  </span></p>
<p><span><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br />
</strong>Provides recommendation of organization’s market and structure analysis<br />
Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets<br />
Provides guidance and maintain compliance to Fair Labor Standards Act as it applies to job classifications, pay processes, and compensation practices<br />
Benchmarks functional programs and practices relative to the market<br />
Analyzes data to determine organization’s competitive position and recommends changes as needed<br />
Other related duties as assigned</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong><br />
Knowledge of principles, theories and practices of the various functions of Human Resources<br />
Knowledge of significant federal, state and local laws pertaining to Human Resources<br />
Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Access, Outlook and Word<br />
Skill in preparing reports, graphs and spreadsheets<br />

<p><span><strong>Job Summary:<br />
</strong>The Project Scheduler is responsible for the creation of project schedules to align pipeline installation work and project requirements.  The Project Scheduler works with the Project Manager and department personnel to manage multiple projects, activities, and associated resources.</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Primary Job Function:<br />
</strong>Lead the creation and implementation of the integrated schedule structure for pipeline projects.<br />
Monitor, collect, and enter schedule status on a regular basis for the projects they represent.<br />
Partner with Project Manager to define schedule requirements and confirm lead times for new orders.<br />
Determine priorities to match supply and demand to achieve established customer contract obligations and operational business goals.<br />
Maintain integrated schedule during the project life cycle monitoring progress and incorporating modifications where changes in the original scope occur or delays are encountered.<br />
Review the schedules &amp; drive communication to the business of risk areas with mitigation plans needed to meet projects on-time-delivery.<br />
Prioritize scheduling activity and workload based on customer&#8217;s needs and available resources and capabilities.<br />
Perform ongoing schedule analyses, critical path analyses, earned value analyses, risk analyses reporting, evaluate /recommend schedule improvement opportunities.<br />
Work with cost management to gain alignment when forecasting schedule completion dates.<br />
Maintain positive working relationships with pipelines to ensure a cooperative approach to resolution of scheduling problems.<br />
Support the project team to provide clear visibility on status and schedule of projects internally and to customers.<br />
Assist in the performance of other operational functions as required</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Experience:<br />
</strong>Minimum 3+ years of project scheduling experience<br />
Prior experience in managing issues, scope, and quality while bring complex projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements is preferred</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Education/Training:<br />
</strong>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Competencies:<br />
</strong>Proficiency with Primavera software P3 and P6.<br />
Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook.<br />
Knowledge of engineering, construction management, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes.<br />
Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to planning and scheduling problems.<br />
Understand complete project scope, project schedule objectives, &amp; developing/maintaining various schedule requirements.<br />
Understand project estimates and have the ability to implement the elements of estimate into the project schedule<br />
Ability to review project work, quantities, costs, accuracy of specifications, completeness, and constructability.<br />
Ability to meet project deadlines.<br />
Ability to perform assigned responsibilities with minimal to moderate supervision.<br />
Ability to compile, review and reconcile data for accuracy, completeness and compliance.<br />
Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, procedures, correspondences, and other written materials.<br />
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.<br />
Displays strong written and oral communication skills and employs effective listening skills.<br />
Displays tactful, mature and professional demeanor with well developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personnel.</span></p>

Administer nonconformance and corrective action programs.<br />

<p><strong>Main Duties will include utilizing SAP for the following:<br />
</strong>Create Customer Master for new accounts / Processing of new accounts and renewals<br />
Process pricing corrections and/or updates for customers<br />
Process annual renewals by credit card<br />
Change payment terms or payment methods (credit card, direct debit, check)<br />
Answer basic billing questions  via phone and email<br />
Correct billing errors via issue voucher and/or credit memo<br />
Generate list of outstanding receivables and help team work through accounts on list</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:<br />
</strong>Three to Five years experience working in billing<br />
Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel<br />
Minimum 3 years related experience.<br />
Proficient computer software skills.<br />
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br />
HS diploma/GED or equivalent.</p>

Configure and Use Billing and Payroll module.<br />

Very strong analytical and numerical skills<br />

<p><span><strong>Primary Function:<br />
</strong>The focus and sole responsibility of Estimator are to ensure profitability is engineered into each and every project.<br />
Must also ensure estimate and revenue projection is profitable and will function as a critical liaison with Senior Management providing accurate revenue projections capturing our profit.<br />
Estimator will work with potential customers and maintain relationships with current customers ensure profitability.<br />
Function as a conduit of critical information to ensure absolute accountability for Senior Management, the Estimating Manager and the Customer.<br />
Produce new business and maintain relationships to ensure the growth and profit goals of the Company.<br />
The estimator is fully responsible and accountable for the effective, economic and efficient operation of their projects and responsibilities.<br />
Estimators should carry out and implement the plans, goals, objectives, and directives of the Estimating Manager.<br />
The Estimator is responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of project productivity and sales volume to the Estimating Manager on a weekly basis.</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Job Requirements:<br />
</strong>Minimum 5+ years estimating experience in upstream (pipelines, production facilities and/or offshore platforms / floating solutions) or downstream (process units, chemical units, utilities and offsite) projects.<br />
Needs to have the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.<br />
Strong computer and analytical skills especially with all Microsoft Products including Microsoft Projects are a must!<br />
Experience in HCSS Heavy Bid or other comparable estimating software a plus. </span></p>
<p><span><strong>Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:<br />
</strong>Responsible performing estimating functions for the purpose of providing high quality Lump Sum Estimates with limited supervision. Assist in preparation of estimating procedures for projects. Responsible for creating basic to detail level schedules for Estimates. Ability to analyze, interpret, and track cost to give to management for awarded jobs. Able to meet or better aggressive deadlines.<br />
Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret reports, plans, contracts, technical reports, and industry/trade agreements and have the ability to effectively present information to prospective customers and management.<br />
Ability to analyze, and interpret construction and technical reports and convert information into monthly and annual projections for the company.<br />
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.<br />
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.<br />
Understanding of the basic concepts and principles of accounting, job costing, profit analysis, pricing, etc.<br />
Must be able to quickly, and appropriately, respond to various personnel or accounting related questions, complaints, and customer inquiries on a regular basis</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<br />
</strong>Enforce mandatory requirement of signed approval of all Bids, Estimates, and PO’s.<br />
Establish and ensure the maintenance of and the accuracy of the financial records, control procedures, and reporting systems for the department. Maintains in good order, all records and files, and ensures the safe keeping of all company records.<br />
Assists with the corporate strategic planning for the company and coordinates and approves a budget to support the planning that meets the company’s goals while making full use of the company’s assets in achieving budgeted earnings and sales.<br />
Ensures that all company transactions are conducted in an ethical and prudent manner.<br />
Maintains accurate records of all contracts that the company is obligated to and resolves any disputed invoices with vendors or suppliers in the best interest of the company.<br />
Working with the Estimating Manager, ensures the timely, accurate production of competent daily, weekly, monthly, and other scheduled management reports.<br />
Demonstrates good judgment in investigating problems and making decisions.<br />
Analyze and evaluate all available financial / sales data and controls to inform the Estimating Manager of potential problem areas.<br />
Analyze and evaluate all available financial data. Prepare reports and assist in the creation of action plans to correct any deviations.<br />
Meets regularly with direct reports to ensure proper information flow and adherence to stated goals and objectives. Ensures that all reporting employees are active, and that waste and non-productive time are kept to a minimum.<br />
Working with and utilizing the Estimating Manager to create, maintain, and improve company relationships with customers.<br />
Establish financial terms and conditions for all new customers.<br />
Ensures that all personnel actions are conducted within the policies and procedures of the Company, and they do not violate any state or federal laws.<br />
Ensures the efficient and smooth coordination of activities among company staff.<br />
Conducts himself/herself in a professional manner, constantly assisting personnel in the development of proper work habits.<br />
Updates company policies and procedures, and ensures that all employees are aware of and adhere to the changes including signing of acknowledgements.<br />
Maintain confidentiality and security of company, and customer.<br />

</strong>Position is responsible for posting incoming electronic and/or paper check payments in accordance with the processing logic established by the company  and/or as indicated by the customer to ensure the highest level of efficiency and accuracy. Also to provide excellent customer service when assisting customers regarding their payments and/or questions regarding their account. </span></p>
<p><span><strong>Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:<br />
</strong>Process all payments received either electronically, paper checks received in house or by lockbox in priority order on a daily basis at the direction of management in an accurate and timely manner.<br />
Accurately enter updated and/or new bank account information requested by customers into processing system<br />
Handle incoming calls in a call queue to assist customers with any problems or questions regarding their payments and provide excellent customer service<br />
Provide feedback to management or lead person of any suspected customer/system inaccuracies<br />
